At Rasasi Perfumes 1979, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-condition items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Ship the Item

Send your package back to our central warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please retain your tracking receipt until the return is officially processed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
